I swapped to an 18lb cap and seemed to help, there made to drain back to the over flow tank.

I remember making this video. I was recovering from a really bad cold and was still full of congestion. I wasn’t breathing real great for quite some time. Wasn’t fun don’t suggest it. And yea I wash I would have recorded more of the work on this.

I installed a Regular cd player down there many years ago in one and it fit, so I would think this would fit.

Is it better to use an interface- like the one sold at Crutchfield? Or is it better to just match the wires up like normal?

02 shouldn’t need an interface you should just need the standard gm adapter plug

Its 6 bolts and makes pulling an engine and trans a lot easier.

2000-2200 is what mine runs down the road.

It ran fine when I had the car. Mine was a little smaller then stock but seemed to work great.

One of the spots where there was three panels are together.

This Engine is An LM4 Because its a 2003 the LH6 didn't come out tell 2005, It had the LM4 RPO Code On the Tag.

@@TanTinPerformance jst got a set of the in channels from oreillys for the front doors they look great! No need for the rear windows I have the extended cab with the half open windows which they're never open plus they look like crap from behind! See them all the time on the highway lol

Difficult To find long tubes Headers to clear the external clutch slave cylinder and the Shorty headers with that go into duals where more money then I wanted to spend.

You can it’s got to be a newer 4l60 though, I can’t remember all the details but it is very possible.

The tuning ability of the 411 pcm is much easier and more precise then the old black box pcms. As for the vibration not real sure.

@@TanTinPerformance If there is a 24X reluctor installed: The vibration is what happens before it sets a cam sensor code. I believe it is in simultaneous double fire mode. Then it generates a cam signal internally from the learned sync from the crank sensor, and goes sequential. When cranking without a cam sensor, it will try firing (in order) the first half of the firing order while looking for a rpm signal increase over 400rpm. If it succeeds, it will remember that the firing sequence worked, and keep it. If not, on the second rotation it tries the same firing order again, then it syncs. This is also why people like the 411pcm. It's smarter, and runs more coils. If the stock '96 4X reluctor is installed: The timing table may be too advanced at idle. When it sets the Cam sensor code, it probably goes into base timing mode, and is off the spark table

It has the 4x wheel in this engine in particular, as far as the timing goes. It was pretty close on and once in the car it ran and idled just fine.

The Jug Came with wall bracket that I bolted to the tray. I used longer bolts to keep the Jug in there and now i just refill it with refills.

The rangers share the same head from 2011 up.

On the Intake side, I wouldn't see why you couldn't.

Theres a 1/8npt port on the top middle in the back of the block, there could be a port down by the oil filter too. Some had it and Some didn't.
